Plagiarism Policy

LEX DIGITALIS is committed to maintaining academic integrity and ensuring the originality of all published scholarly works.

All submitted manuscripts must be original and must not contain plagiarism or unauthorized use of another person's work.

Plagiarism includes, but is not limited to, presenting another person's words, ideas, data, images, or other intellectual contributions as one's own without appropriate acknowledgment.

Authors are responsible for ensuring that their manuscripts are properly cited and that all sources are appropriately acknowledged.

Plagiarism Screening

Submitted manuscripts may be screened for plagiarism or excessive textual similarity during the editorial and review process.

If substantial plagiarism or other forms of academic misconduct are identified, the manuscript may be rejected.

If plagiarism is discovered after publication, the journal may take appropriate corrective action in accordance with accepted publication-ethics practices, including issuing a correction, expression of concern, or retraction where appropriate.

Authors are responsible for the originality and integrity of their submitted manuscripts.
