LEX DIGITALIS: Journal of Cyber Law, AI and Digital Governance is committed to maintaining high standards of publication ethics and academic integrity.

The journal follows internationally recognized principles of publication ethics and encourages authors, editors, and reviewers to uphold integrity, transparency, fairness, and accountability throughout the publication process.

Authors

Authors must submit original work and must not submit the same manuscript simultaneously to more than one journal.

Authors are responsible for appropriately acknowledging all sources used in their research and for ensuring that all listed authors have made a meaningful contribution to the work.

Authors must disclose relevant conflicts of interest and should report their research accurately and transparently.

Editors

Editors are responsible for evaluating manuscripts objectively and fairly. Editorial decisions should be based on the academic quality, relevance, originality, and contribution of the manuscript.

Editors must maintain the confidentiality of submitted manuscripts and must not use unpublished information for personal advantage.

Reviewers

Reviewers must evaluate manuscripts objectively and confidentially. Reviewers should identify relevant published work that has not been cited where appropriate and should disclose any potential conflict of interest.

Reviewers must not use unpublished information obtained during the review process for personal or professional advantage.

Academic Integrity

The journal does not tolerate plagiarism, fabrication, falsification, duplicate publication, or other forms of academic misconduct.

Potential ethical violations will be examined by the editorial team in accordance with applicable publication-ethics principles and procedures.
