Authors who publish in the Journal of Law and Cultural Studies (JLCS) retain the copyright to their work. By submitting a manuscript and accepting publication, authors grant JLCS the right of first publication.
The journal is granted a non-exclusive license to publish, reproduce, distribute, archive, and communicate the published work in printed and electronic formats for scholarly and educational purposes.
Author Rights
Authors retain the following rights:

Journal Rights
The Journal of Law and Cultural Studies reserves the right to:
