Journal of Law and Cultural Studies (JLCS) is an international peer-reviewed open-access scholarly journal published by Langit Media Gemilang.

The journal aims to advance knowledge in law and cultural studies by publishing original research articles, review articles, and conceptual papers that explore the interaction between legal systems, cultural values, social institutions, governance, and contemporary societal developments.

This journal provides immediate open access to all published articles based on the principle that making research freely available supports a greater global exchange of knowledge.

Authors retain copyright of their work while granting the journal the right of first publication. Published articles are distributed under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0) License.

The journal supports long-term digital preservation through PKP Preservation Network (PKP PN) and other archiving services where applicable.
